AutoMystic provides custom video automation, scripting, and workflow solutions. By using our website, purchasing digital products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services
All services provided by AutoMystic are tailored to each client’s project requirements. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal before work begins.
Due to the customized nature of our work, results may vary based on your specific software environment, data quality, and workflow. AutoMystic is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software updates, plugin incompatibilities, or user error.
3. Payments
Payment terms and amounts are stated in your invoice or service agreement. Work will not begin until the agreed deposit or full payment is received.
Late payments may result in suspension of work or delivery delays. All amounts are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short, refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no development or consultation has begun. Once work has started or digital products are delivered, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of our services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all scripts, automation tools, templates, and source files created by AutoMystic remain the intellectual property of AutoMystic. Clients receive a license to use these materials solely for internal or agreed-upon business purposes.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or modification of our products or code is strictly prohibited.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, assets, and instructions required for development. AutoMystic is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, unresponsive communication, or incorrect specifications.
Clients are responsible for backing up all project files before implementing automation tools.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoMystic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, software issues, or production downtime.
Our total liability under any agreement will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Confidentiality
All client data and project materials are treated as confidential. AutoMystic will not share, sell, or disclose any proprietary information without your written consent, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
