At AutoMystic, most of our services and products are delivered digitally. However, in some cases, clients may choose to send or receive physical media such as hard drives containing project files, backups, or source materials. This Shipping Policy explains how those shipments are handled.

1. Digital Deliveries
All scripts, templates, automation systems, and digital deliverables are provided electronically via secure download links, cloud storage, or encrypted file transfer.

Delivery Time: Digital files are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed upon in your project scope.

Fees: There are no shipping fees for digital deliveries.

Responsibility: Once files are successfully delivered or downloaded, AutoMystic is not responsible for data loss or corruption that occurs afterward.

2. Physical Shipments (Hard Drives)
If a project requires the exchange of physical hard drives or other media, the following terms apply:

Client-Initiated Shipments: Clients are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their drives to AutoMystic, including covering all shipping costs, customs fees, and insurance.

Return Shipping: AutoMystic will return drives via a tracked and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs will be included in the final invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Liability: While every effort is made to handle media carefully, AutoMystic is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping services.

3. Data Handling
Upon receipt, all client data stored on physical drives is handled securely and used only for the intended project. Drives are stored in a secure environment and returned promptly after project completion.
At the client’s request, AutoMystic can permanently delete any copies of the data after project delivery.

4. International Shipments
Clients outside the Netherlands are responsible for ensuring compliance with import/export and data transfer regulations in their country. Customs delays or fees are beyond AutoMystic’s control.
