Customized Automation Process
Workflow Consulatation
First we will meet with your design team to get an understanding of your current workflow. Once we have a grasp on your needs we will gather all working files and export settings.
Input Form Design
Input forms vary by style, and we’ll recommend the best fit for your workflow. Our preferred method is Microsoft Power Apps, though we can also use Google Sheets, Libre Calc, Excel, or Word.
After Effects Build
With all of the information gathered, our team will build an After Effects project with custom coded Scripts to unlock your automation magic. These will be created to handle all specified variables and outputs.
Delivery and Continued Support
When the build is complete we offer two different services.
Working File Delivery
The first is delivering the final After Effects project, Scripts, and input forms. Then, we create a document for your team so they understand how to run the scripts and adjust the new compositions. We will walk through the process and answer any questions you may have.
Full Service Delivery
The second option is for us to run your automations internally, providing you with final video or images files with no hassle. All you would need to do is use the input form, and download the files once they are complete, saving your editors even more time.
